InstructionsCut 45-degree bevels as shown in the top layout. Set your pocket hole jig and drill bit for 1 1/2" stock for drilling the pocket hole on the back of the End Rail (as shown in back view). This will be on the opposite side from the bevels.
Use the layout to create the Legs.
Position the parts as shown and attach using 2 1/2" deck screws. Use pieces of scrap cut to 9 1/2" for spacing the Legs, and a long piece of scrap clamped to your work surface to align the bottom of the Legs. Make two assemblies.
Set your pocket hole jig and drill bit for 1 1/2" stock for drilling the pocket holes.
Position the parts as shown and attach using 2 1 /2" pocket hole screws. Make three assemblies.
Position the assemblies as shown and attach using 2 1 /2" pocket hole screws.
